Pasture-raised pork is is a good source of high-quality fat, vitamins D and E, and heme-rich iron.
Our pigs are raised outdoors. This means that they have healthy, strong muscles; deep purple-red meat, and nutritious fat.
Our rendered lard is also an excellent source of vitamin D, and a healthy source of saturated fats. We use it in cooking and baking! Use it instead of oil or butter to sear meat, roast vegetables, pop popcorn, and make baked goods such as biscuits.
