This 100% grass-fed lamb comes from Katahdin hair-sheep, and is raised by our friends at Bell Farm in Granville County.
The lambs are regularly rotated to fresh, rested pasture, and follow intensive rotational grazing practices. They never receive dewormers, vaccines, or other medications.
We love to mix it with feta for lamb burgers, add lamb meatballs to our pasta, or make shepherd's pie.
