Customers rave about our hot pork sausage. It's mildly spicy enough to please the whole family -- in fact, it's our preferred meat for breakfast casseroles and frittatas. But it's versatile enough to be used in a variety of dishes.

A few favorites? We love substituting it for ground pork to make spicy meatballs, adding it to vegetable soup for enhanced nutrition and flavor, and adding it to pasta sauce. 

Ground sausage is also one of our favorite products for budget-conscious customers. Adding just a little bit can make a significant impact in protein consumption, as well as getting essential vitamins and minerals - even when you're stretching the meat across three or four meals.

Woodland-raised pigs have significantly higher levels of Vitamins D and E from their sunshine exposure, foraging in the forest, and constant exercise. They also have superior fat quality and flavor.

In addition to the plants and nuts they access in the woods, our hogs also receive a supplemental, non-GMO, NC-grown and milled feed.
