This is simply sliced pork belly. No nitrates, no nitrites, and no artificial ingredients. Just the meat from our woodland-raised pigs.
You can cook it just like bacon, too - add some salt, pepper, and other preferred seasoning prior to cooking, or "cure" it overnight with sugar and salt.
