St. Louis Pork Ribs

Similar to our pork spare ribs, these ribs from the ends of baby back ribs. However, St. Louis ribs also have the rib tips cut off. Coming from near the pig's breast bone, they have plentiful meat in between the bones, with great marbling and superb flavor.

Our ribs come from healthy, happy, woodland-raised pigs - pigs who receive plenty of Vitamin D, forage for nuts, and spend their lives in the habitat they naturally prefer.
